I couldn’t sleep for a month almost at all.
Too much was going on my mind at that time, but I wasn’t aware of by myself. I thought I was fine but now I knew that my mind was anxious a lot at that time.

The client was stressed out and depressed, didn’t know what to do with the intensifying pain. Sometimes you don’t know why the pain is there, not from the location of your body.

My period started to get heavier, probably 10 years ago.
Pain was really bad, and the amount of blood was massive, I had nausea, and anemia.
I needed to take pain killers A LOT. I couldn’t make any plans during my period. Even a 15 min drive in the car made me nervous.
Recently I have been depressed and weeping when the period comes.
And taking the birth control pill wasn’t my option because I didn’t want to quit smoking.
So, hypnotherapy was my last resort.
I cried during the session because it took me back to my past and emotions that I’ve totally thought I’ve recovered from, the pain and shock I felt when my brother died, about 9 years ago. After the session, I felt better as I finally faced my emotions.

Don’t you chant that “I am overweight, I can’t lose weight”, your subconscious mind is listening.  

First, I thought that wouldn’t happen 200% when I heard from Tamami that hypnosis might help losing weight.
Because I’ve tried every kind of weight loss method over 15 years, I’ve been studying nutrition, I’ve been always watching about my diet, and I’ve been exercising well, nothing worked.
I’m reluctantly a confident weight-loss method specialist, know more than anyone else.
So I’ve never thought it was possible for “my body” to go back to my ideal weight.

Still, I felt that I knew there were the reasons.
I grew up with being called “you are fat, you are ugly” by parents, that caused me an eating disorder 20 years ago. I have no confidence in my appearance.

About a month has passed with listening audio every night. She told me not to weigh two months, but I had to weigh myself. And I found that I lost weight! The weight since I was 15 years old!! I couldn’t believe it, re-weighed many times, and the next day again.
My life after the session had been almost the same as before, and I didn’t do carb-free or run every day. I’ve been originally a healthy person though I just added simple things such as drinking more water and doing light exercises.

For the first time in my life, I lost my weight so easily. I still can’t believe it. By seeing the results, I realized that hypnosis was effective and started to recommend it to my friends.
